Depots

The Depots menu displays and creates depots for all regions. Users can add a depot using the Add button in the top right corner of the screen. From here you can update all the fields. These include:

• Group/Region
• Code
• Name
• Colour
• Address
• Open Hours
• And specific site data such as Site Time, Load Times, Unload Times, Loading Bays
  
  

When adding an address, you’ll need to geocode it to make sure the location is accurate. To do this, enter the depot’s street address and click **LOOKUP**. A list of address options will appear at the bottom of the page. Once you select the correct address, the **X** and **Y** coordinate fields will fill in automatically, and the depot will be successfully geocoded.

After the depot settings have been saved, users can then assign this depot to runs/vehicles from either the Runs Admin page or the Run Settings in the Operations tab.
