This is the how to guide for using the Runsheets section of the Orcoda Booking system
Runsheets
Runsheets accessed via the Runsheets link of the Navigation menu. From here, users may access past runs for each day of the selected month. To see the runsheet for a specific day, left click on the relevant day.
Restricting Runsheets by Region
The runsheet page can be restricted to show only one region.
Selecting a day when the Runsheet page has been restricted by region will only show vehicles from the selected region.
Understanding the Runsheets page
The days of a month on the Runsheets page displays extra information for quick reference. A day shows:
Day's Runsheets
The Day's Runsheets page, accessed via the Runsheets page, provides access to the vehicles operation for a selected day. From here, users can select a vehicle to see the full runsheet for the selected car.
Vehicle Runsheet
The Vehicle Runsheet page, accessed via the Day's Runsheets page, provides access to the days run for the selected vehicle. Individual bookings can be selected to edit their status.
Edit Booking Status
The Edit Booking Status page, accessed via the Vehicle Runsheet page, allows users to update the bookings status of a booking.
Runsheet Reports
The Runsheet Reports page, accessed via the Runsheet Reports link of the Navigation menu, provides functionality to generate runsheets reports.
From here, specify the START and END dates for the report from their corresponding fields. Click the GENERATE button to proceed. The page will refresh to show the Generated Runsheet Report.
Generated Runsheet Report
Once a runsheet report has been generated on the Runsheet Reports page, the data can be reviewed in the browser or downloaded in CSV format via the DOWNLOAD CSV link.
