Orcoda Driver App Troubleshooting
This article will detail the troubleshooting steps for Orcoda (Driver App) login issues.
If drivers experience difficulties accessing the Orcoda app, refer to the troubleshooting steps outlined below.
Verify Permission Settings:
Android:
- Open the "App Info" page.
This can be accessed by navigating to Settings>Apps>Orcoda - Select "Permissions" from the "App info" page.
- Configure the permission settings below
- Location - "Allow all the time"
- Camera - "Allow only when using the app"
- Notifications - "Allow"
- Phone - "Allow"
- Physical Activity - "Allow"
Clear Cache and Data:
- Open the "App Info" page for the Orcoda app and then select "Storage" towards the bottom of the page.
- On the "Storage" page select the "Clear Cache" and "Clear Data" options at the bottom of the page.
For Apple/iOS devices:
- Users will need to uninstall and reinstall the app to clear the cache/data
