This describes the features of the Customer Service section.
Customer service can utilise the Customer Service tab to search for clients, check the location of a vehicle, and view a Customer Service Report (CSR) or daily log sheet for a vehicle. The screen is divided into 3 sections, the Runsheet section, the Search section, and the Map section.
From the Runsheet section, you can view all the orders for a specified date (defaulting to the current date). Each vehicle's run is headed by a truck symbol 
, a globe symbol 
, and the name of the run. The truck symbol displays the vehicle's daily log sheet, the globe symbol displays the vehicle's current location on the Map.
From the Search section, you may search by client name (description) as default, or other relevant information by selecting the field from the drop-down menu. Advanced search options may be found by clicking the 
button.
When the appropriate client has been found, you can locate the vehicle run the client's order has been assigned to by clicking the pointing hand icon 
to the left of their order details. This can be viewed in the Runsheet section.
