What are the features of the Admin section?

The Admin tab allows you to manage functionality/areas of the system. Table headings can be clicked on to sort by the heading alphanumerically or click the heading menu button for filtering options.

Groups

The Groups page is used to display the list of groups associated to the client. From here you can add a new Group via the Add button in the top-right corner of the screen or select an already created Group. A selected Group appears in the lower half of the screen. From here you can toggle the status or edit the Group by clicking the Edit button .

Depots

The Depots section displays all created depots for all regions. From here you can add a new depot via the Add button in the top-right corner of the screen or select an already created Depot. A selected Depot appears in the lower half of the screen. From her you can toggle the status, or edit the Depot by clicking the Edit button .

Runs

The Runs tab allows you to view and edit vehicles in the fleet. To create a new vehicle, you can select an existing vehicle, create a copy via the Copy Run button above the selected vehicles information, then adjust the new vehicle as desired.

Web Admins

The Web Admins tab allows user access to be created via the Add button or edited as required.

User Passwords

User passwords may be reset on the Web Admins tab via the Reset Password button .

Drivers

The Drivers tab allows new drivers to be added to the system via the Add button or edited as required.

Driver Passwords

Driver passwords may be reset on the Drivers tab via the Reset Password button  .

Exceptions

The Exception tab allows you to create exceptions for the driver app. The exception list may be used by the driver for any non-delivery of the order.

Safety Checklist

The Safety Checklist tab allows you to create and edit checklists for the driver Android app. A checklist may be set at the beginning and end of a run, to be mandatory or not, to require a signature, etc.

Site Survey

The Site Survey tab allows you to create and edit checklists for the driver app. A form may be set at the beginning and end of a run, to be mandatory or not, etc.

Attributes and Constraints

The Attributes and Constraints menu shows the list of order constraints and/or run attributes. You can either add an order constraint, a run attribute, or both.
